Join us for a program that invites you to travel back to your own “prehistoric era.” Using the distant past as gentle inspiration, we’ll reflect on earlier seasons of life, rediscover old memories, and explore the layers that have shaped who we are today. Through guided prompts and imaginative exercises, participants will transform recollections into thoughtful, expressive journal entries.
